National School Sport Week Programme Terms
- National School Sport Week is an annual sport participation event for primary and secondary schools in the British Isles. Bank of Scotland National School Sport Week takes place in Scotland and Lloyds TSB National School Sport Week takes place in England and Wales.
- Lloyds TSB, Bank of Scotland, sportscotland and Youth Sport Trust operate, promote and facilitate National School Sport Week. They provide facilitation materials where available, and work to support schools to participate in sport during the week.
- The materials which may be available to participating schools include a Teacher Planning Pack and Activity Pack. There are limited numbers of these packs and they will not be distributed when stocks run out.
- Priority in receiving these packs will be given to schools in England, Wales, Scotland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, on the basis of one copy per school.
- Packs are also distributed on a “first come first served” basis.
- The distribution of packs and availability of support and guidance for schools is at the discretion of Lloyds TSB, Bank of Scotland, sportscotland and Youth Sport Trust.
- Only one Teacher Planning Pack and one Activity Pack will be sent to each registered school while stocks last.
- Schools that register but do not receive a pack will be able to access downloadable materials via the Internet.
- Materials are provided on the strict terms that they are to be used in conjunction with Bank of Scotland National School Sport Week, and are not to be amended or adapted.
- Bank of Scotland, sportscotland and Youth Sport Trust (as appropriate) assert all intellectual property Rights in Bank of Scotland National School Sport Week, including its name, branding, concept, activities and materials. Without limiting the above, Bank of Scotland Bank plc asserts copyright and moral rights in all materials relating to Bank of Scotland National School Sport Week.
- Only one person per school can register as the contact for Bank of Scotland National School Sport Week. Any subsequent registration attempts will fail and the name of the person who has registered will be displayed as the registered contact.
